Cancellation Policy

At Ideal Beauty Med Spa, our patients are at the heart of everything we do. Appointments are reserved specifically for you, and we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This ensures we can accommodate other patients who may need that time slot. Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice or failure to show for your appointment will result in a $50 cancellation fee.


Late Arrivals PolicyTo respect the schedules of our providers and other patients, we offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may need to be rescheduled, and a $50 cancellation fee will be charged. Patients who repeatedly disregard this policy may be refused future appointments.

Payment and Gratuity Policy

  • Payment: Full payment for individual treatments is required at the time of service, and packages must be paid in full at the first treatment session.

  • Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds or credits will be issued for treatments or products, including Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Restylane, IV Services, facials, or skincare products.

  • Accepted Forms of Payment: We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit. Personal checks are not accepted.

  • Gratuity: Gratuity is optional and not included in the service price. It may be added at checkout via credit card or cash at your discretion.

  • Insurance: As our practice focuses on elective aesthetic treatments, we do not bill insurance.


HSA/FSA PolicyWe gladly accept payments from Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for eligible healthcare expenses incurred by patients or their dependents.

Financing Policy

Ideal Beauty Med Spa accepts CareCredit to help finance aesthetic treatments and services. CareCredit is a healthcare credit card designed for medical and cosmetic expenses.

  • Clients can apply for CareCredit online or through the mobile app. Approval is subject to CareCredit's terms and conditions.

  • CareCredit card details must be provided at the time of payment, and clients may need to sign an authorization form as proof of the transaction.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments, refunds are not provided for services rendered. Results may vary from person to person, and while we strive to meet your desired outcome, results cannot always be guaranteed. Any additional treatments required to achieve further results are the client’s responsibility.

Provider RequestsWe understand you may prefer a specific provider; however, due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or scheduling changes, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests. We will do our best to notify you if changes occur.

Prices and Promotions

At Ideal Beauty Med Spa, we are committed to offering the latest in advanced technology and treatments. Please note:

  • Prices, services, and products are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Discounts and promotions cannot be combined. When multiple offers are available, the greater-value discount will automatically be applied to your purchase.
